2.1 Early Access Registration

When you sign up for our Early Access program, we collect the following data:

• Email address – to contact you at product launch
• Registration timestamp – to document your consent
• Language setting – to communicate in your preferred language
• Consent text – as proof of your agreement
• Browser information (User Agent) – for technical documentation

2.2 Legal Basis

Processing is based on your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future.

2.3 Storage Duration

Your data will be stored until you withdraw your consent or until the purpose of processing (notification about product launch) has been fulfilled. Subsequently, the data will be deleted unless legal retention obligations apply.

3. Technical Data Storage

The data collected during Early Access registration is initially stored locally in your browser (localStorage). This serves the technical implementation of the registration. The data is then transferred to our internal system and processed securely.

No transfer to third parties takes place unless required to fulfill legal obligations.

This website does not use tracking cookies. We only use technically necessary local storage (localStorage) to provide the Early Access registration functionality. This storage is required for the operation of the website and does not require separate consent pursuant to § 25(2)(2) TTDSG (German Telecommunications Telemedia Data Protection Act).

This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure (Azure Static Web Apps). When you access our website, information that your browser transmits is automatically collected (server log files):

• Access status/HTTP status code
• Amount of data transferred
